Kasper Pro Vac Service was started in 1998 in Laredo Texas, Webb County. We provide service throughout most of South Texas, with current operations Lared, Encinal, and Oilton.

The operation consists of (13) vacuum trailers operated in a safely and timely manner, thus maximizing our services to our clients which include some of the largest oil operators in Texas.
